SCOPING AND COLLECTION

Our eLearning Development Chef will meet with you to uncover your requirements, understand your audience, note your learning outcomes, and collect your desired behaviour change wish list. Additionally, we collect all existing training material and your branding resources.

TEMPLATE AND INTERFACE

Our Graphic Designer will begin laying the foundations of your course. This includes designing your button and font sets, the course navigation and overall aesthetics. We want to create a look and feel that your Learners (and your marketing department) will love.

MEDIA CREATION

This is the fun part! Depending on your unique scope, this step could mean sending a filming crew to your offices, Filming and recording audio in studio, editing and animation.

TWEAKING AND PERFECTING

It’s time for you to review your new course and send us a list of final tweaks and improvements. We then run a final Quality Assurance exercise and a technical test or two. Our Project Manager will hand over all published and source files to you to install on your LMS.
