SCOPING AND COLLECITON
Our Instructional Designer will meet with you to learn more about your project and the course objectives, as well as your audience and desired behaviour change requirements. Lastly, we collect all existing content for repurposing later on.
MAPPING AND REPURPOSING
We begin the mapping process. Matching your existing content to objectives. The material is rewritten and repurposed accordingly – crafting meaningful content that is unique to your target audience and their needs. Subsequently, we have a document that we call the “Core Course Content”.
TWEAKING AND PERFECTING
The Instructional Designer works with your Subject Matter Experts to iron our any creases and finalize the “Core Course Content”. This includes quality assurance (spelling, Grammar checks etc.)
READY TO CONVERT
Your “Core Course Content” is now ready to be converted. For Instructor Led Training, this would include resource packs (Learner or Facilitator Guides, PowerPoint Slides, etc), or storyboards for eLearning.
